We are open to organizations located outside Singapore too, depending on the feasibility of the scope and capacity of the team.
Our organization provides pro bono consulting services so no fees will be charged. Clients may choose to donate out of their own will after completion of the project.
Typically 5-7, including one project leader and 1 deputy project leader, and 3-5 analysts. Consultants will be students from NUS.

We evaluate proceeding with the proposed scopes based on the feasibility (e.g., if the scope can be completed within 10 weeks) and the potential impact of the scope.
For-profit organizations can also be eligible for a project if they are social enterprises.
We have two cycles per year - Jan to April and Aug to Nov. Project scoping and engagement will begin before the cycle (e.g., projects to be conducted in Jan to April cycle in 2025 will have the scoping process finished in Aug to Nov cycle in 2024).
Typically a project lasts for 10 weeks, with 3 key milestones after scoping: kickoff call, midpoint presentation at Project Week 5-6, and endpoint presentation at Project Week 10-11
