Real Project Experience
Gain hands on experience by working as a Project Analyst on meaningful pro-bono consulting projects for NGOs and social enterprises. Over a 10-week project cycle, you’ll be guided by experienced Project Leaders and our Director of Consulting, helping you make real impact while sharpening your analytical and teamwork skills.

Consulting Experience: Hands-on experience working with real clients across different industries.

Networking: Opportunities to connect with industry professionals, participate in case competitions, and network globally through 180DC's vast network of branches.
Leadership Support: Members receive structured guidance through a three-layered support system, including professional mentors, directors, and past resources.
Members of 180DC Singapore (Kent Ridge) are expected to be highly committed to their roles. Each project involves extensive primary and secondary research, creating client-ready presentations, and regular check-ins with mentors and directors. Additionally, there are weekly training sessions and bootcamps to refine consulting skillsets. Members also engage in community-building and networking events. These activities suggest a strong dedication to both personal growth and project delivery is required.
The recruitment process for joining 180DC is divided into three phases:
Resume Submission: All applicants are required to submit their latest resume through the application portal.
Case Assessment: Project Analyst applicants must complete a case assessment, within 48 hours time frame.
Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 30-minute to 1-hour interview. These interviews include both fit and case components.
Offer Acceptance: Offers will be sent after all interviews have been evaluated. After acceptance, candidates will sign volunteer deeds and NDAs.
